1 ½ banana (~6 oz)
¾ cups almond milk (~6 oz)
2 tbsp almond butter (plain, without added sugar) (~1 oz)
3 tbsp protein powder (~1 oz)
optional: 1 ½ tbsp fresh mint (chopped)
optional: 1 ½ tsp instant coffee powder (~⅛ oz)
optional: ¾ cups water
Peel banana.
Add all ingredients (mint, banana, almond milk, coffee powder, water, almond butter, protein powder) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Drink immediately or take with you.
